We are proudly located in beautiful Bend, Oregon. You should come visit sometime. 


What kind of printing do you use? 

All of our printed shirts and other clothing are high quality Direct-to-Garmet (DTG) prints. Our headwear is embroidered. 


How durable are DTG printed shirts compared to Screen Printed shirts?

DTG prints are just as durable as screen prints when it comes to washability.


What type of ink do you use?

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.


Is this website secure?

Yes, absolutely. All orders, browser viewing and credit card information are secure and encrypted. We use a Shopify store, which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates.


Can I add another item or change an order already placed? 

Not usually. But reach out to us at hello@pacnorthwestclothing.com and we'll see what we can do. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at support@pacnorthwestclothing.com. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can usually cancel and issue you a refund.


I received a notification that you cancelled my order. Why?

Unfortunately, we live in a world where order fraud happens. Because of that, we monitor all orders to detect possible fraudulent orders. It is our protocol to automatically cancel any orders that are flagged as risky. However, this is extremely uncommon especially in the United States.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Uh oh! That's definitely a problem. If you just placed your order, cancel it immediately and contact us at support@pacnorthwestclothing.com. We'll do our best to make sure your order doesn't leave our facility with the wrong address. Be sure to input your correct shipping address for future purchases. 

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship.

In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to us and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 30 days you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package. 


Where do you ship? 

Currently we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.


How long until my order arrives? 

Fulfillment of your order will take 3-10 business days. Once fulfilled, it normally only takes 3 business days for your order to arrive, but it can take up to 10 total business days within the U.S. International orders should expect 2-3 weeks, depending on customs. 


What happens if my order is lost, damaged or wrong? 

We guarantee you'll get the order the way you want. If your order is lost, damaged or wrong, we will reship the right order to you immediately at no charge. In some cases if this happens, we'll also issue you a refund and you get free threads out of it. Why? Simple. Cause we love you.
