WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, Pacific Outbound Clothing Co. only ships within the United States of America and to Canada.
While we are working hard to expand our borders and offer shipping to more countries in the future we do not have a timeline on when that will be. Our greatest goal is to provide the best apparel with the best customer service for our target customers before trying to become a global brand.
If you are interested in our products and we do not provide shipping to your country, please let us know by dropping us a line. You can use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to start a conversation. If we notice we're getting a lot of requests from a your country, the chances are good that we will start shipping there.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through our fulfillment team goes straight to work in processing your order and double checking everything.
In most cases within the United States you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days. But in some cases your order may take up to 16 days to arrive.
Production and Delivery Times
Production time: Standard Shipping: Ships within 3-10 days of the order being placed.
Delivery time: Domestic orders will arrive between 3 to 7 days after they ship depending on your location.
Canada orders can take 7-21 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes! All of our shipments having shipment tracking and you can be notified when your package leaves our facility, where it is at and when it will arrive based on the courier.
There are several ways you can be notified about your order:
1) Track your order via Facebook Messenger
This is a truly incredible and convenient service. If you're on Facebook and using Facebook Messenger, you can get realtime updates messaged to you on the status of your order. All you need to do is tick the "Send to Messenger" option under Notifications before you complete your order.
At anytime you can send a message and get real time info on the status of your order. Every step of the way you'll receive an automated message from us from when your order shipped to when it arrives. It's really that easy.
2) Track Your Order via Email
Depending on the courier, you should receive an automated email with the tracking information of your order once it has left our facility.
3) Live Chat
If you didn't get this email you can reach out to us and we can deliver to you the tracking number. Just reach out to us by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen. We'll be happy to help you out! :)
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping within the United States:
Honestly, we're a little surprised you're asking considering we've plastered it all over our website that we want to provide FREE SHIPPING to you with no minimum order. No tricks. No gimmicks. We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. It's our way of keeping things real, transparent and simple for you as you shop with us.
Shipping to Canada
We love our Canada customers and if we could we would provide free shipping for Canadians as well. Since we can't do that we've worked very hard to make our shipping costs as low possible. In most cases, shipping an order to Canada will only cost $5.(And that's a better price than most shipping costs within the U.S.A.)
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?
Hey, we're glad you want your package so fast! Who doesn't. Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to do overnight shipping or 2 day shipping or any other expedited shipping at this time.
However, we do provide you with an estimated delivery date within your shopping experience so you can know when to expect your delivery. We provide shipping tracking and real time notifications via Facebook Messenger about your package. These options will become available to you upon checkout.
While our shipping methods could change in the future we have carefully put them in place for the best customer experience so that orders can be changed, cancelled or adjusted before we send it out the door. Nonetheless, in most cases within the United States you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST, DAMAGED OR WRONG?
Listen, we hope it never comes to this but sometimes things outside of our control can happen -like lost or damaged packages.
We promise you'll get the order the way you want. It's that simple.
If your order is damaged we will reship the right order to you immediately at no charge. In some cases we'll might even issue you a full refund and you get free threads out of it simply because we love you.
Sometimes, for reasons we don't know, packages get lost and it becomes a situation outside of our control. In this case, we will handle contacting the courier and ensuring that you will receive your order. If for whatever reason your package is not retrievable or has been lost we will send you another one free of charge. (By the way -this has never happened.)
Wrong or Damaged Apparel
If on a rare occasion you receive the wrong order or any of your apparel is damage please let us know immediately! We will send you a new order right away and shower you with love (a.k.a store credits and discounts).
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Uh oh! If you just placed your order you can simply let us know by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen and provide us with your order number. We'll be happy to make any corrections on your order for you.
If for some reason you do not get a quick response from us, please contact us via email just to double make sure we get your request. We'll do our best to make sure your order doesn't leave our facility with the wrong address.
Note: Be sure to input your correct shipping address for future purchases in your account. 😄
If your order has already been shipped by us, please note that carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered. So it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship to your correct address.
However, if the courier is unable to deliver the package it will be returned to us and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 30 days you will need to confirm with us the updated correct address as well as pay the charges for reshipping the your package.
As always, we will do our best to work with you and make sure your experience through this process is nothing but exceptional. 👍

If you have received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item please notify us within 30 days after the product has been received. If your package is lost in transit please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your address is considered insufficient by the courier or your order is unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If it was our fault, we'll fix it!
HOW DO I GET STARTED ON RETURNING AN ITEM?
Lucky for you, returning an item to Pacific Outbound Clothing is a very very simple process. We have an easy to use Return Center. It will literally will take you less than 1 minute to get started on returning an item to us.
Note: Do not return your items using the return address on your original package or box.
You will first need to go through our Return Center and we will automatically email you an appropriate shipping address to send your items to.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
We've made it really easy to return your items here at Pacific Outbound Clothing Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so, generally speaking any and every item you purchase from us is returnable (some limitations apply).
However, there are several conditions by which your item should be returned for it to be approved for a refund.
Preferably within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. (Please reach out to us if you have an item to return that is older than the 30 days).In original conditionUnwashed and UnwornPreferably in the original packaging (We understand some of you like to rip up your packages when you get something new. 😂 If that's you, no problem. Just send us your items in another box.)
We may not approve returns for the following reasons:
It's a very limited time design (such as Solar Eclipse 2017 designs)Your item has been washed, worn or damaged by you. Your item was received as a giveaway or promotion

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF THE SAME PRICE?
Man, we really do wish it were that easy. Perhaps in a perfect world it would have been. But unfortunately the answer is no.
Unfortunately we cannot provided exchanges for items in another size or of the same price for practical and accounting purposes.
But that doesn't mean you cannot exchange your item via a return. In the case that you want to exchange an item all you need to do is approve the item you don't want for a return and reorder the item you do want in another size or however you prefer. While it sounds like more steps it's actually much easier and you'll get your clothes faster along with a full refund on the order that you returned.
In order to return an item simply use our easy to use Return Center.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Listen, it's highly unlikely that you have an item that is not refundable unless it's completely trashed and destroyed in a mud wrestling fight.
Other than that, here are some other special cases where your item may not be refundable:
-If your item was a free gift from us, a giveaway or promotional item
-If your items were purchased on a previously refunded credit (uncommon)
-If your items are received over 30 days from shipping receipt, unless you have proof your items are in new condition and unworn.
-If your item was bought on clearance.

WHAT WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?
As promised, we offer hassle-free returns on all of our products which includes free returns. You will not be charged any restocking fees, processing fees or some other ridiculous fees people come up with.
However, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost involved in returning your items back to us.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING AN ITEM?
Don't worry. We handle your refunds promptly!
Here's what normally happens: Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Next our team will inspect your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will receive notification of your refund approval status no more than 2 business days after we receive your package.
If your return is approved by our team (which it most certainly will be), then you should receive a notification that your credit credit has been refunded. Please give the refund several days to appear in your account.
If your return is rejected because it hasn't been returned in good condition (unlikely to happen), we will notify you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for a bad or damaged item. We will be happy to send it back to you free of charge depending on the size of the returned order.

All of our tees for men and women are printed on the Bella Canvas brand, as well as our unisex tanks. Bella+Canvas arguably makes the world's highest quality apparel on the market. We're sure it will feel superior to any other shirt you own. Their cuts are primo and the fabrics they extraordinary soft.

2) Next Level Apparel

Previously we used American Apparel to print all of our crew neck sweaters on. However, as of January 2017, American Apparel went bankrupt and was bought out by Gildan -an apparel brand based out of Canada. It is yet to be known what Gildan will do with the American Apparel name but at this time all of our crew neck sweaters are supplied by Gildan. They are well known for their comfortable fabrics and their genuine stewardship.

HIGHEST QUALITY PRINTING
The methods we use to print our designs on our products
Screen-printing or DTG?
All of our apparel is printed DTG (Direct to Garment) using industry-leading Kornit printers which make the designs vivid, truly colorful and remarkably detailed. Not only that, but our print quality also ensures no fade after washing.
In past times it's been argued that DTG printing was inferior to the screen printing method -and this can be true. However, this is no longer the case with the new technology found in Kornit printers that we use for printing on fabrics with vivid colors and durable ink. While screen printing is still one of the best methods for putting designs on shirts, it's been found that there is no difference in quality using DTG printing with Kornit. If anything, customers have preferred the quality and color of the DTG printing.
Printing on Demand
Because we use the DTG method for printing our apparel we are able to print on demand when orders come in. We do not normally keep a large stock of pre-printed apparel. This helps us continue to keep our apparel costs affordable with free shipping and hassle free returns, along with providing fun programs like T-Shirt Tuesdays and Limited Time Designs.
Environment Friendly All the Way Down to the Ink
Our inks are water based and eco-friendly. For real? Oh yeah! This is not only safer for our earth, but makes the feel of the print much softer than traditional screen printed shirts and just as durable!
Technical Note: We happily use CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
Disclaimer About Direct to Garment
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.
